Living room
Guests are welcomed to the resort in the living room and are escorted to their suite where check-in formalities are completed. The living room is attended by a resort host who will be ready to assist guests with queries or requests and in arranging special needs such as tours, custom-tailored excursions, flights, or cars. Upon check-out, luggage storage facilities will be available in the living room.

Boutique
Lombok has a rich tradition of arts and crafts. A selection of handicrafts including jewelry and textiles, as well as a variety of convenience items, are available in the boutique area located in the living room.

Waroeng
The Warung – a simple open air restaurant – is a feature of Indonesian daily life. The Waroeng at Jeeva Klui is just that, a relaxed open air restaurant serving a mix of Indonesian and Western fare. Located on the vast oceanfront verandah and overlooking the swimming pool, the beach and the ocean beyond, Waroeng’s rustic chic style and casual dining attitude reflects a typical Indonesian eatery of days gone by.

Wallace
Wallace is a casual air-conditioned lounging space where you can sit and relax over a cup of coffee and enjoy a dessert or some tapas. Beach cabanas

The Villa

Location : Lombok is located 20 minutes by plane from the east of Bali. There are direct flights linking Singapore to Mataram 3 times a week (Silk air), and 8 times a day for Bali. The island has not seen the development of tourism in Bali and maintains more authenticity as its neighbor.

The property is located close the village of Kuta. The Villas are build tall, well sheltered from unlikely tsunamis (the area is protected by a natural barrier reef). The site is secured 24 hours a day.

The south coast of Lombok is the only part of the island (and may be in all Indonesia) to have a series of large unspoiled white sand beaches, completely deserted (the area has been protected by the authorities and construction is prohibited for instance). Off shore, on the reef, waves broke in rolls popular among surfers. Within the reef one can fish or bathe safely in turquoise calm waters.

The area is more dry than the North of the island, and much more sunny than Bali. So even in rainy season (December to March) it rains only one or two hours a day. Nature is very green, rice fields full of people.

The island lives essentially from its tobacco, rice, soja, peanuts and fishes. The Sasak craftsmen are highly skilled. Their creations based on an original and secular design focus on three activities: weaving, pottery, and wood working.

Night life in Kuta Lombok is quite simple and quiet some restaurants (good food), one or two bars with live music in week-end. No disco, the place is quiet.

Layout
Inside the villa has a living area of 140 m2. Outside there is an additional 80 m2 of covered veranda on which you can relax and get that lazy tropical feeling.
There is an attractive living room. There are three bedrooms all of which are air-conditioned and have their own bathroom. Two of these bedrooms are normally available for rent. The kitchen is fully equipped and is separated from the main

living area by an open walkway shaded by a thatched roof. The swimming pool is situated in the rear in the lovely garden overlooking rice paddy and the hills of the National Park. Just take it easy at the poolside or have a swim and enjoy your hard-earned rest.

Location
Bale Solah lies on the edge of the village of Sandik-Tattoo. It’s about 1 ½ km from the beach and halfway between Mataram airport and the Senggigi tourist strip which is only 10 minutes away by car.

THE STAFF
The staff-quarters are at the front of the villa, near the entrance. Enggy and Anissa, the villa’s permanent staff, live here with their small daughter.
